Brunton’s L headlamp serie will get a new addition next year, the L5. The L5 will feature a 5-watt Luxeon LED giving it a range of 246 feet and the battery will last for up to 50 hours. It will have four different modes: Power Save, Medium, Bright and Blinking Alert.
This headlamp is available Now, today, July 9th 2007, from Brunton. The lamp looks very Cool. The only problem is the Rechargable 4.5Ah NiMH Pack. I have looked all across the internet, and have not been able to find out Where you can buy Additional power packs for the Brunton L5 Headlamp. I have written to Brunton twice, and so far no information has been received on this issue.
