I don’t think this is actually suited for outdoor use, but you are sure to loose it if you drop it. It’s a 1GB mp3/wma player with 85 hours of play time on a single AAA battery.

Trevor Baylis Eco Media Player is Wind-Up media player with a a 1.8″ screen, and 2 gigabytes of internal memory. The memory can be expanded by adding an SD Memory Card. 1 minute of winding will give you 40 minutes of audio play.
The player can be used as a music player (mp3), video player (wmv, avi, mpeg etc supported via conversion utility), photo viewer (jpeg, bmp, gif) and it also features a stereo FM radio.
The media player can also be used as a power source for for cell-phone.
