
The SonyEricsson C702 Cyber-shot is a new 5 mega-pixel camera phone targeted at outdoor users. The phone has a built in GPS and photos will be automatically geo-tagged. The phone is “splash and dust resistant” and will be available from Q2 2008. The dimensions of the phone will be 106 x 48 x 15.5 mm and it will weigh 105 grams.

The new killer(?) gps/phone Nuvifone, from Garmin, was presented a few days back. It features HSDPA, Quad-band GSM, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, Camera and a 3.5” touchscreen. The camera will geotag all your photos.

The Trailblazer jacket from Bladerunner has a built in GPS that transmits your position either to an online service or to your cell phone. Unlike other regular jackets, this one has a monthly fee of £10 for the position service. The battery will keep the GPS online for 15 hours.

GpsPasSion Forums has managed to get a their hands on a Triton 2000 prototype. Not much new information, but they are impressed with the the fast and easy scroll/zoom of the map. The battery time is 8/10 hours with the screen on. Check out the rest of the information and photos here.

A smart little software for your iPhone can determine your position, not by triangulating , but by triangulating cell phone towers. So don’t use it for hiking it there is not got cell phone reception. You can find it using this tool.
