From Switerland comes the eco-friendly Easy Gilder, a chariot style transport vehicle. The foot platform can be removed making it possible to use the Easy Gilder a pulling vehicle for skateboarders and inliners (is tow-in surfing coming ashore?). It recently won the ispo BrandNew Awards. Now we’re only waiting for an offroad version!

GSI Outdoor is starting to become one of my favorite companies, who other to come with the need for a on-the-trail martini glass! And there are two versions, a stylish James Bond worthy in stainless steel (pictured) and a weight-weenie version in lexan. The Bond version comes in at about 215 grams (7.6 oz) and the one for those how wish to save weight comes in at about 75 grams (7.6 oz).

Think biking/skate/kicking/etc/etc is to strenous? Try the Pacific Wind’s “ThrustPac” it’s personal jet pack that will give you speeds from 25 to 35 miles per hour and it has a range of 150 miles per gallon. It weight 20 pounds and has a 35cc engine. There is not much information on Pacific Wind’s homepage (It kind of sucks) but from the images and the video if looks like you control the device with a finger throttle mounted on a glove.
Check out the demonstration video:

Are you feeling that your trekking poles aren’t mean enough? Then the Trek Talonz is something for you, these this are brutal! No one will harass you for using poles with these attached, but if they do, this must be great weapon (Rumour has it that US Army has order these for use on black-ops in Iraq).

Anyway, it’s an accessorie that will fit most standard trekking poles giving them far more bite and only having a weight of 1.4 ounces each.
The Company Index is work in progress..
