The new daypack from Fjällräven is called C2C (Cabin to Cabin) and comes in three different sizes 30, 40 and 50 liters. As the name suggests, it’s a backpack for those who does not want to carry a tent, but sleeps in huts/cabins. The backpack has a built in water system and an integrated raincover.

Just had a chat with a Fjällräven representative about the new PAK5 line, this is short summary.
The main goal when creating the PAK5 line was to create lightweight gear that still is durable and has good quality. They have not aimed at the lightest gear ever made, but gear that can keep your pack weight down and still take the beating of outdoor use. Another focus during the development has been to keep the pack-size down.
The PAK5 is be a product line that will be developed further with new products added as time goes by. Fjällräven will also be launching a PAK5 winter gear line further on. The now presented products will hit the stores, sometime in March 2008.
Some product detail updates

The backpack has volume of 40 liter.

The tent is a 2 person tent about the same size a Akka Shape R/S 2 though the outer length will be slightly shorter.
