
The Spire 30 is a new day-pack from Mountainsmith made out of Recycled PET fabric. The backpack that will be available in 2008 weighs 2 lbs. 6 oz (1.09kg). There will be two sizes the smaller one fits 31L and the large fits 34.5l.

The new Phoenix backpack from Mountainsmith can hold about 69 L of gear and weighs 5 lbs 8 oz. It features a pivoting waist belt and vertical snowboard carry and A-Frame ski carry. The pack is also compatible with hydration systems. The backpack is made out of 85% recycled materials and will be available in Spring 2008.

The new TrekLight line from Mountainsmith holds two new backpacks, the Eclipse 55(left) and the Solstice 45(right), both with pivoting hip belt. The Solstice has been designed for women with both shoulder straps and waist belt shaped to fit a women body. Both packs are prepared for hydration systems and both has top compression straps for climbing ropes.

These are the new alpine sacks from Mountainsmith, available from spring 2007. The Ivy(left) is the female model and the Needle(right) is the men’s model. They feature vertical snowshoe/snowboard carry and A-frame and diagonal ski carry. There are tuck away ice axe loops and the packs can be used with a hydration system. Unfortunately I only have the spec for the Needle.
